  1. Join a gym- I've gotten to the point where I need to work out beyond what I can do through stretching out and riding an exercise bike. Plus, as it will start to get warmer soon, I'm not gonna want to exercise in the house when it's 100°F.
  2. Get to the dentist - My teeth are shitty, rotten, half chewed indian corn. They don't hurt, but will soon.
  3. Get new lenses - I was looking at my glasses the other day and the lenses are horrendous. They look like I clean them with Comet abrasive cleaner and steel wool. I can't believe I can see with them. I would like to get just new lenses and keep the glasses, because they are in good shape. Half the time at the optometrist they play this horse shit where the glasses have been discontinued and talk me into all new glasses and then it cost me like $600 for one pair! I have to get these expensive lenses, because I'm so blind. They are a 1/3rd of the thickness of the lenses I would need with my prescription. Without these special plastic lenses I'd have to get glass lenses as thick as a shot glass and they each weigh 12 pounds, grinding themselves into the bridge of my nose. 
  4. Replace my Truck's Muffler- The muffler developed a hole in the late fall, but I sure the hell wasn't going to replace it as winter was approaching. It's like the Murphy's Law of Northern Winter, that as soon as you put a new muffler on a vehicle you promptly rip it off going over a snow bank or something. I'm waiting for the spring for this.
  5. Finish Projects Around the House - I have to finish the dry wall, trim and floor in the master bedroom and the floor and trim in the spare bedroom. I've been too lazy.

  1. Ants
    • Easily the most amazing insects around. They have such complicated  social structures.  I'm a big fan of E.O. Wilson's books on them
  2. Sharks
    • Fascinating animals. I'm interested in the diversity of the species and how they seem to be one of the most perfectly evolved creatures.
  3. Domesticated Cats
    • You know, cats just kick ass. I love their independence and their lack of ass kissing (ala dogs).
  4. Monkeys
    • Monkeys get to me, I think it's their close appearance to humans. I've always wanted one, since I saw the Little Rascals had one as a pet.
  5. Penguins
    • I like penguins for a couple reasons. The penguin is the unofficial mascot of Linux. I like Linux. I was also blown away after watching the movie "March of Penguins". I mean, why on Earth haven't these things become extinct. Christ, their reproductive ritual is bat-ass crazy!

  1. When I'm listening to a podcast I can leave it in the middle, listen to something else, comeback and it starts off where I left it.

  2. When the headphones get ripped out of the jack, it pauses what you are listening to

  3. If I play a song from an album and have the iPod set to "Play All", it will skip to the next song

  4. It has a separate "Podcast" area under "Music"

  5. iTunes ACTUALLY downloads podcasts while not crashing, unlike 6 or 7 podcast receivers which I could name.
